To say hi and goodbye to a blog that only I respond too.  It must of been really boring to not take the time to post or comment on anything.  Thats okay.  This is my officieal goodbye and my early memorial for all who care to read.

I will die soon, and not even God will know.  God please forgive me of all my sins. Amen.....

Growing up Southern is a privilege, really. It's more than where you're born - it's an idea, a state of mind that seems imparted at birth. It's more than loving fried chicken, sweet tea, high school football, beer, country music, and acoustic guitars. It's being hospitable, being devoted to front porches, magnolias, the good Lord, and each other. We don't become Southern - we're born that way.

Save some face, you know you've only got one

All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances, And one man in his time plays many parts, His acts being seven ages. ~ As You Like It (William Shakespeare)

"I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe that loving is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles."~Audrey Hepburn

All these awesome sayings came from the blog called the tale of the southern belle...I just wanted to share them on my blog for you all to see....

Not all those who wander are lost. -Tolkien

"You think you know a story, but you only know how it ends. To get to the heart of the story, you have to go back to the beginning." --Jonathan Rhys Meyers as King Henry VIII (from The Tudors)

It's just kind of about being away from home for a long time, being busy, then coming home, sitting down, having everything come to a halt and wondering what to do next. When you become really occupied, there are so many things that happen to you, so many great moments, nights out with your friends, that just slip through the cracks, that you don't remember. And then you'll run into that person, and it'll hit you all at once, the memory of that happy time which was lost in the filing cabinet of your brain. And that feeling you get when you remember, it is so great. ~Pete Yorn (about his song Come Back Home)

It's like the early stages of a relationship, how fragile it can be. How everything is good in the beginning, but it all goes to shit. And again, it's about trying to get back to that state, before things turn bad. To a simple time, when there were not expectations. It was just all new and exciting. You can be with someone, have a great time, fall asleep together, and when you wake up the next morning, you're just not into it. Then you stop returning phone calls, and it's over. -Pete Yorn (about his song Crystal Village...).
